Terms of Service Agreement

By continuing to engage in or provide services to Constant Pursuit Performance, doing business as CrossFit Arsenal, Arsenal Performance, Arsenal Jiu Jitsu (hereinafter referred to as “CPP”), both clients and service providers are agreeing to adhere to the terms outlined below:
Clients: Clients acknowledge and agree that all services rendered by Constant Pursuit Performance LLC will be governed exclusively by written agreements executed by both Constant Pursuit Performance LLC and the client. All future disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the terms of such executed written agreements.
Contractors and Service Providers: Contractors and service providers agree that all services or products provided to Constant Pursuit Performance shall be governed by these Terms of Service, unless superseded by a written, signed, and executed agreement among all involved parties.
Constant Pursuit Performance explicitly rejects any terms of service provided by contractors or service providers that include non-opt-in provisions. Contractors and service providers acknowledge that CPP is not bound by any terms that require opt-in consent, particularly with respect to the termination of services.
Should a service provider disagree with these terms, they may cease providing services to Constant Pursuit Performance LLC at any time.
By proceeding with any interaction, clients and service providers affirm their understanding of and agreement to these conditions.
