You can place your membership on hold at anytime and for any reason.
Holds require a start and end date. Holds cannot be placed retroactively and can only be placed from today’s date forward. Membership holds can be placed for a minimum of 2 weeks and maximum of up to 3 months. You won’t lose any time remaining on your membership and your billing will be pushed out for the exact period of time your membership is place on hold!
At the end of the hold period, your account and billing will automatically activate again unless otherwise notified.
